The 2026 Vestal Cares Intern FUNdraiser, Dime Dash for Dogs, brought employees together across multiple offices for a fun and meaningful competition benefiting local animal rescue organizations. Throughout the campaign, team members participated in a friendly office challenge and supported a shared goal of helping animals in need. This year's fundraiser benefited Five Acres Animal Shelter and God's Dogs Rescue, two organizations dedicated to providing care, shelter, and second chances for animals awaiting their forever homes. Proceeds from the campaign will help support essential needs such as food, medical care, and daily shelter operations. The success of the fundraiser would not have been possible without the dedication of our interns and everyone who contributed to the cause. Vestal partnered with Brewer Science to design and deliver a high-performance manufacturing facility in Vichy, Missouri, supporting the production of advanced materials used in microelectronic applications. The facility combines manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office spaces within a highly controlled environment designed for precision operations and long-term scalability.

Vestal provided architecture and engineering services for a bulk starch unloading and delivery system designed to support high-volume food and beverage manufacturing operations. The project included large-scale storage, unloading, and material handling infrastructure to efficiently receive, store, and distribute bulk starch throughout the facility.

UniFirst partnered with Vestal to develop a 56,500-square-foot industrial laundry facility designed to support high-volume garment processing operations. Delivered through a design-build approach, the facility integrates advanced washing, drying, conveying, and sorting systems with office, welfare, and support spaces to create an efficient and streamlined operation.

TG Missouri partnered with Vestal to deliver a two-phase expansion to its active automotive manufacturing facility. The project added new manufacturing and storage space while integrating complex industrial systems designed to support increased production capacity and long-term operational growth.

Ardagh Group partnered with Vestal to deliver a 54,000-square-foot manufacturing facility expansion supporting the addition of two new aluminum bottle production lines. The project combined building expansion, heavy equipment foundations, and site improvements to increase production capabilities and support long-term operational growth.

Elantas PDG partnered with Vestal to transform its main entrance lobby into a modern, secure, and welcoming environment that reflects the company's industrial manufacturing operations. The renovation combined architectural and interior design solutions to enhance security, improve functionality, and create a stronger first impression for employees and visitors.

DCS Corporation partnered with Vestal to develop a 63,000-square-foot office and manufacturing facility that combines advanced production capabilities with modern workplace environments. The facility integrates high-bay manufacturing space, collaborative offices, training areas, and technical workspaces to support operational efficiency and workforce collaboration

Composite Aircraft Surface Manufacturing partnered with Vestal to develop a specialized manufacturing facility designed for the production of composite aircraft components. The facility integrates cleanroom environments, advanced curing systems, and automated quality control technologies to support precision fabrication and stringent aerospace manufacturing requirements.

Brewer Science partnered with Vestal to develop a 40,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility on a 10-acre site in Rolla, Missouri. Designed to support semiconductor and specialty coatings production, the facility integrates cleanroom environments, laboratories, warehouse operations, and administrative spaces within a highly controlled manufacturing setting.

Carbolytic Materials Company partnered with Vestal to develop a 30,000-square-foot tire recycling facility designed to convert end-of-life rubber materials into reusable carbon black. Located on a five-acre site, the facility integrates specialized processing systems and supporting infrastructure to promote sustainable manufacturing and resource recovery.

Mississippi Lime Company partnered with Vestal to rebuild a critical rock crusher system at its Missouri facility. The project involved specialized structural and engineering solutions designed to support heavy-duty crushing operations while addressing the demanding seismic and operational requirements of an active industrial environment.

Buzzi Unicem partnered with Vestal to execute a major dust collection system upgrade at its cement manufacturing facility. The project involved the design and integration of large-scale air handling equipment, structural systems, and high-temperature ductwork to enhance environmental performance and support ongoing plant operations.

McCarthy Construction partnered with Vestal to develop a 75,000-square-foot multi-use facility designed to support fleet operations, equipment maintenance, warehouse functions, and administrative activities. Located on a 15-acre greenfield site, the project consolidated critical operational resources into a centralized campus to improve efficiency and support regional construction operations.

A LUNCHTIME CELEBRATION INSPIRED BY THE WORLD'S BIGGEST TOURNAMENT

Waste Connections partnered with Vestal to develop a five-acre sustainability and urban agriculture campus focused on environmental stewardship, renewable resources, and community engagement. Designed in collaboration with the City of Maryland Heights, the campus combines educational spaces, urban agriculture infrastructure, and Net Zero greenhouse facilities to create a hands-on learning environment for the community.

OFFICE FIT-OUT: FINAL PUNCH WALK

Approximately 400,000 SF heavy hot rolling mill for copper and brass. Managed design services for the shell, core, large process utilities, and extensive site civil improvements — coordinating structural engineering for heavy crane and process loading with classified electrical and large-bore piping systems.

Tyson Foods partnered with Vestal to develop a 31,231-square-foot truck maintenance facility designed to support fleet operations and transportation infrastructure. The two-story facility combines maintenance, administrative, training, and storage functions while providing the flexibility needed to accommodate future operational growth.

Vestal Corporation provided FEL 1 through FEL 3 (35% design) architecture and engineering services for a 54,720-square-foot freezer warehouse expansion at Tyson Foods’ prepared foods facility in Sedalia, Missouri. The project included new cold storage infrastructure, a poultry holding building, utility upgrades, demolition of existing freezer facilities, and major site circulation improvements.

Vestal Corporation provided integrated architecture and engineering services to support food production expansion and infrastructure improvements within Nestlé USA’s manufacturing operations. The project included production line expansion, process system integration, utility upgrades, and logistics enhancements designed to improve operational performance and support future growth.

This project expanded the facility's bulk cement storage and distribution capabilities through the addition of new storage silos and truck loadout infrastructure. Designed to integrate with existing plant operations, the facility provides reliable storage capacity and efficient truck loading functionality while supporting the continuous movement of materials throughout the production and distribution process.

Vestal Corporation provided integrated architecture and engineering services to support beverage production expansion and infrastructure improvements within PepsiCo North America’s manufacturing operations. The project included high-speed production systems, packaging integration, and utility upgrades designed to improve facility performance and support future growth.

Vestal Corporation provided integrated architecture and engineering services for the development of a grain-based protein ingredients facility supporting EverGrain Ingredients Company’s sustainable production model. The project focused on converting brewing byproducts into high-value plant-based protein ingredients through advanced processing, separation, and material handling systems.

The project focused on increasing bourbon production capacity while enhancing process systems, utilities infrastructure, and overall operational efficiency within an active distilling environment.

Vestal Corporation provided FEL 1 through FEL 3 integrated design services for a distillery expansion feasibility study at Proximo Spirits' Black Dirt Distillery in Pine Island, New York. The study evaluated long-term production growth, infrastructure requirements, and site development strategies to support a tenfold increase in distillery capacity.

Vestal Corporation provided integrated architecture and engineering services for the development of a sustainable distillery facility for Diageo in Mexico. The project focused on combining efficient distilling operations with environmentally responsible infrastructure, supporting long-term operational performance and sustainability objectives.

This greenfield development established a new chocolate production and distribution operation designed to support Hershey's manufacturing growth in Mexico. The facility integrates production, packaging, warehousing, logistics, and employee support functions within a single campus, enabling efficient movement of raw materials and finished products while supporting a safe and productive work environment.

Vestal Corporation provided mechanical and electrical engineering services to optimize humidity control, cooling system performance, and environmental consistency within critical production areas at Molson Coors' active brewery facility. The project focused on improving system reliability and operational performance across key brewing and aging processes.

Vestal Corporation provided engineering and construction administration services for a rail scale facility upgrade at Purina Mills' active industrial site. The project focused on improving weighing accuracy, operational efficiency, and infrastructure performance through the installation of a new certified rail scale system.

Vestal Corporation provided architecture and engineering services for a multi-phase brewery expansion at Constellation Brands' facility in Obregon, Mexico. The project increased production capacity, expanded packaging capabilities, and upgraded supporting infrastructure while maintaining uninterrupted brewery operations throughout construction.

Vestal Corporation served as the Prime Engineer and Overall Design Manager for Constellation Brands' brewery development in Mexicali, Mexico. The project included the planning and design of a 600-acre site with a long-term master plan supporting up to 20 million hectoliters of annual production capacity. The initial phase was designed to deliver 10 million hectoliters per year and represented a major investment in expanding brewing operations and infrastructure.

Vestal Corporation provided master planning, architecture, and engineering services for Constellation Brands' Greenfield Brewery Development in Nava, Mexico. The project involved the planning and design of a 900-acre brewery campus capable of producing 30 million hectoliters annually, supported by fully integrated production, utility, logistics, and administrative infrastructure.

The Constellation Brands Employee Sports & Recreation Complex was developed as a destination for employee wellness, team engagement, and community interaction. Designed as a multifunctional recreational campus, the facility provides a variety of athletic and social amenities that support organized sports, employee activities, and special events. The thoughtfully planned outdoor environment combines recreation, convenience, and safety, creating an inviting space that promotes health, collaboration, and community connection.

The Constellation Brands Executive Center was developed to provide a comfortable, functional, and professionally branded hospitality environment for corporate visitors, leadership, and guests. The facility features 28 guest rooms supported by modern conference rooms, breakout spaces, dining and social areas, and back-of-house operational facilities. Vestal's multidisciplinary team delivered an integrated design solution that balanced operational efficiency with hospitality-driven design, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Constellation Brands' culture while supporting collaboration, training, and executive engagements.

Vestal Corporation provided integrated architecture and engineering services for AB InBev's Master Craft Brewery Expansion in Cartersville, Georgia. The project increased craft and specialty beer production capacity while enhancing process flexibility and integrating new brewing systems within an active manufacturing facility.

LCI Community of Practice Guadalajara hosted a Lean Construction site visit showcasing Takt Planning, Last Planner System, and collaborative learning.

Vestal employees supported Shriners Children’s St. Louis through a successful FUNDrive, donating clothing, books, and household items to give back.
