The project focused on increasing bourbon production capacity while enhancing process systems, utilities infrastructure, and overall operational efficiency within an active distilling environment.

scope of work:

The project included coordination of distillation equipment, mash cooking and fermentation systems, tank storage infrastructure, and upgrades to steam, water, wastewater, and power distribution systems. Design and construction activities were carefully phased to maintain continuous operations throughout implementation.
