McCarthy Construction partnered with Vestal to develop a 75,000-square-foot multi-use facility designed to support fleet operations, equipment maintenance, warehouse functions, and administrative activities. Located on a 15-acre greenfield site, the project consolidated critical operational resources into a centralized campus to improve efficiency and support regional construction operations.

scope of work:

The project included a 12,000-square-foot two-story office complex, a 10,000-square-foot equipment maintenance facility, and a 53,000-square-foot warehouse for tools and consumables. Site development also incorporated approximately nine acres of equipment yard space to support fleet operations, storage, and logistics.
