Vestal Corporation served as the Prime Engineer and Overall Design Manager for Constellation Brands' brewery development in Mexicali, Mexico. The project included the planning and design of a 600-acre site with a long-term master plan supporting up to 20 million hectoliters of annual production capacity. The initial phase was designed to deliver 10 million hectoliters per year and represented a major investment in expanding brewing operations and infrastructure.
scope of work:
Vestal provided detailed civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering design services for the brewery campus. The scope included site civil engineering, railway design, process utilities piping design, technical specifications development, site supervision, and multidisciplinary construction coordination. As the overall design manager, Vestal oversaw the integration of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and utility systems throughout project execution.
