Vestal Corporation provided master planning, architecture, and engineering services for Constellation Brands' Greenfield Brewery Development in Nava, Mexico. The project involved the planning and design of a 900-acre brewery campus capable of producing 30 million hectoliters annually, supported by fully integrated production, utility, logistics, and administrative infrastructure.

scope of work:

The project included the development of brewing and packaging facilities, a glass plant, wastewater and water treatment systems, an engine house, warehouses, silos, tank farms, administrative buildings, employee welfare facilities, and supporting site infrastructure. Special consideration was given to seismic-resilient design due to the site's location within a high seismic zone.
