Vestal partnered with Brewer Science to design and deliver a high-performance manufacturing facility in Vichy, Missouri, supporting the production of advanced materials used in microelectronic applications. The facility combines manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office spaces within a highly controlled environment designed for precision operations and long-term scalability.

The project included the design of manufacturing areas, cleanroom environments, laboratory spaces, offices, warehouse operations, and supporting infrastructure. Advanced building systems, including geothermal heating and cooling and specialized environmental controls, were integrated to support precision manufacturing requirements and operational efficiency.

Project impact

The new rolling mill and facility improvements will significantly expand manufacturing capabilities while strengthening domestic production critical to electric vehicles, EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy systems, and other emerging technologies.
