Vestal Corporation provided FEL 1 through FEL 3 integrated design services for a distillery expansion feasibility study at Proximo Spirits' Black Dirt Distillery in Pine Island, New York. The study evaluated long-term production growth, infrastructure requirements, and site development strategies to support a tenfold increase in distillery capacity.

scope of work:

The feasibility study included analysis and conceptual design for production capacity growth, deep-water well development, wastewater treatment facilities, sustainable power generation concepts, visitor center planning, and site-wide utility and infrastructure systems.

Vestal evaluated the production, utility, and infrastructure requirements needed to support significant long-term expansion of the distillery.
