Vestal provided master planning, owner's representative, design management, submittal coordination, cost estimating, and construction administration services for Hershey's greenfield chocolate production and warehouse campus in Monterrey. The project included a 300,000-square-foot manufacturing facility with process, packaging, maintenance, and employee support areas, along with an 85,000-square-foot warehouse featuring receiving and loading docks, a truck shop, truckers' lounge, and employee welfare spaces.
