Vestal Corporation provided mechanical and electrical engineering services to optimize humidity control, cooling system performance, and environmental consistency within critical production areas at Molson Coors' active brewery facility. The project focused on improving system reliability and operational performance across key brewing and aging processes.
scope of work:
The project included evaluation and optimization of the Kathabar system, upgrades to humidity and cooling systems, installation of new pumps, fans, dehumidification equipment, cooling coils, heat exchangers, and piping systems, as well as development of P&IDs and control sequences to support long-term system performance.
