Vestal provided design and engineering services for the renovation of the St. Clair Readiness Center, including replacement of the facility's roofing system, masonry repairs, exterior door upgrades, and parking lot reconstruction with future expansion considerations. Mechanical and plumbing improvements include a complete HVAC modernization, tankless water heater installation, and a new water softener system. Interior renovations encompass classrooms, administrative offices, the commercial kitchen, and ADA-compliant restroom facilities. Additional project elements include hazardous material assessment, sewer line investigations, energy-efficiency upgrades, and installation of a backup generator to support emergency operations.
