Scope of Work
Vestal Corporation provided integrated architecture and engineering services for a five-acre sustainability campus developed in partnership between Waste Connections and the City of Maryland Heights.
The project includes administrative offices, meeting space, exhibit areas, classroom environments, and two Net Zero greenhouses designed to support urban agriculture and renewable resource initiatives. Site planning incorporated walking trails and community gathering areas to create an accessible, educational environment.
Project Impact
The new maintenance facility enhances fleet reliability, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability within Tyson Foods’ logistics operations.
By incorporating future expansion flexibility into the initial design, Vestal delivered a facility that supports evolving transportation demands while improving safety, maintenance workflows, and operational resilience.
