Scope of Work
Vestal Corporation provided architecture, engineering, and construction administration services for a 31,231-square-foot, two-story truck maintenance facility supporting Tyson Foods’ operations.
The facility was designed with ten truck service bays and engineered for future expansion, including the ability to add six additional bays and expand the second story for additional office or storage space. The program included administrative offices, meeting and training rooms, breakrooms, locker facilities, parts storage, secure storage areas, and a dedicated driver breakroom.
Site and building systems were designed to support operational efficiency and safety, including exterior hazardous materials containment and tire storage areas. The facility strengthens transportation infrastructure and fleet support within Tyson’s broader operational network.
Project Impact
The new maintenance facility enhances fleet reliability, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability within Tyson Foods’ logistics operations.
By incorporating future expansion flexibility into the initial design, Vestal delivered a facility that supports evolving transportation demands while improving safety, maintenance workflows, and operational resilience.
