Scope of Work
Vestal Corporation provided architecture and engineering services for a 56,500-square-foot tilt-up industrial laundry facility.
The facility includes four industrial washing machines, industrial gas dryers, a steaming tunnel, and extensive overhead garment conveying and sorting systems. The program incorporated mezzanine space, first and second-floor offices, restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, meeting rooms, and shipping and receiving areas.
Delivered under a design-build method, the project required coordination of heavy process equipment, structural systems, mechanical infrastructure, and workflow optimization within a high-throughput laundry operation.
Project Impact
The facility supports high-volume industrial laundry operations with efficient material flow and integrated building systems.
Vestal’s design-build approach streamlined delivery while optimizing production efficiency, employee support spaces, and long-term operational performance.
