Scope of Work

Vestal Corporation provided architecture and engineering services for McCarthy Construction’s Central Warehouse and Equipment Yard located on a 15-acre greenfield site in St. Louis, Missouri.

The 75,000-square-foot facility includes a 12,000-square-foot two-story office complex, a 10,000-square-foot equipment maintenance facility, and a 53,000-square-foot warehouse for tools and consumables. The site design incorporated approximately nine acres of equipment yard space to support fleet operations and storage.

The project was delivered using a design-build approach, integrating office, warehouse, and maintenance functions into a cohesive operations campus supporting regional construction activities.
