Scope of Work

The feasibility study evaluated distillery expansion requirements across production systems, utilities, sustainability infrastructure, and site development. Vestal’s scope included analysis and conceptual design supporting significant production growth while ensuring future infrastructure systems could meet long-term operational demands.

In addition to production expansion, the study addressed supporting site systems including water sourcing, wastewater treatment, power generation, and visitor facilities to support a fully integrated expansion strategy.
