Scope of Work

Vestal Corporation provided integrated architecture and engineering services supporting production expansion and infrastructure improvements at an active Jose Cuervo distillery facility. The project focused on enhancing core distillation systems while strengthening utilities and site infrastructure to support long-term operational growth.

Scope elements included upgrades to agave processing systems, fermentation and distillation equipment integration, tank farm coordination, and packaging system support. Utilities improvements addressed water sourcing, wastewater treatment, and power distribution to ensure reliable performance across expanding operations.
