Scope of Work

The project included the planning and design of a comprehensive distillery program incorporating sustainable technologies across production, utilities, and waste management systems. Vestal’s scope addressed both core distilling operations and the supporting infrastructure required for long-term, environmentally responsible operation.

Key scope elements included utilities development, water and wastewater systems, production processes, packaging operations, and rail services integrated across the site to support efficient and sustainable operations.
