Scope of Work

The project addressed humidity and cooling challenges impacting several key brewery process areas, including Cold Services, the Yeast Room, Fermenting Corridors, Aging Corridors, the Aging Cellar, and the PRT Cellar.


Vestal developed demolition drawings and designed replacement systems to improve environmental control and overall system performance. The scope included system analysis, equipment selection, piping design, and control documentation to support proper operation and long-term reliability.

The Brewery Systems Optimization project improved environmental control and system performance across critical brewing areas at the Molson Coors facility.
