Scope of Work

Vestal’s architectural and interior design team renovated Elantas PDG’s main entrance lobby, transforming an outdated space into a modern, secure, and welcoming environment.

The project introduced an architectural glass and steel partition system that enhances security while maintaining visibility and openness. Updated flooring, wall coverings, and stair elements contribute to an industrial aesthetic that complements the adjacent chemical manufacturing facility.

Mechanical system upgrades, including HVAC improvements, were integrated to enhance comfort and performance within the reimagined space.

Project Impact

The renovation improved both security and first impressions, creating a controlled yet welcoming entry sequence for employees and visitors.
