Ardagh Group | Can Plant Expansion

Scope of Work

Vestal Corporation provided integrated architecture and engineering services for a 54,000-square-foot expansion at Ardagh Group’s manufacturing facility.

The expansion supports two new aluminum bottle production lines and includes heavy equipment foundations designed to accommodate high-load industrial systems. The project also incorporated eight new dock doors to improve material flow and shipping capacity.

Extensive site civil work was required, including the design and coordination of multiple large retaining walls to support facility expansion and optimize site grading within an active industrial environment.

The expansion increased production capacity and strengthened operational logistics within Ardagh Group’s facility.
