Scope of Work

Vestal Corporation provided architecture and engineering services for a 63,000-square-foot office and manufacturing facility designed to integrate advanced production capabilities with modern workplace environments.

The manufacturing area includes high bays with overhead crane systems, machine shop and welding areas, and dedicated cable assembly space. A 9,000-square-foot mezzanine addition expanded functional capacity within the facility.

The office program incorporated private offices, conference rooms, scrum rooms, simulation labs, training rooms, break areas, welfare space, and a reception area. The design balances operational efficiency with collaborative work environments tailored to technical and engineering teams.

Project Impact

The facility supports advanced manufacturing operations while providing a flexible and collaborative office environment for technical staff.

Vestal’s integrated design approach created a cohesive space that supports production efficiency, workforce engagement, and long-term operational growth within a single campus environment.
