Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in developing new markets and business units, including the successful establishment and expansion of operations in Mexico. His expertise spans multiple industrial sectors, including automotive, aerospace, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, energy, data centers, and manufacturing.

Rafael has secured and managed major contracts with leading global clients such as Ford Motor Company, Nestlé, Ferrero, and Constellation Brands, including landmark projects like the development of a major greenfield brewery in Veracruz. He has also built strategic alliances with international firms and played a key role in cross-border business development between Mexico, North America, and Europe.

Recognized for his strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen, Rafael has led contract negotiations exceeding hundreds of millions of dollars, implemented CRM systems, and driven data-based decision-making through pipeline, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and has completed executive education in Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Project Management, and Six Sigma (Green Belt).
