Scope of Work

The project included the expansion of an existing brewery to support a total production capacity of 10.5 million hectoliters per year, delivered through two coordinated phases.

  • Phase I increased capacity from 3.5 to 8.5 million hectoliters per year
  • Phase II expanded production from 8.5 to 13.5 million hectoliters per year and added significant packaging capabilities

The scope required careful coordination of production systems, packaging operations, utilities, and infrastructure upgrades while maintaining active brewery operations throughout construction.

Project Impact

The Brewery Expansion – Phase I & II significantly increased Constellation Brands’ production and packaging capabilities while maintaining uninterrupted operations.
