Scope of Work

Vestal Corporation provided architecture and engineering services for a 40,000-square-foot advanced manufacturing facility located on a 10-acre site in Rolla, Missouri.

The facility supports semiconductor industry coatings and incorporates cleanroom environments, blending and filling systems, laboratory spaces, warehouse operations, and office areas. Design efforts addressed high-hazard solvent handling, ventilation requirements, life safety coordination, and industrial process integration.

Delivered using a design-build approach, the project required careful coordination of manufacturing workflows, utilities systems, and hazardous material protocols within a precision production environment.
