SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR

Vince brings more than 30 years of experience in construction, estimating, and project management to his role as Senior Project Director at Vestal Corporation. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Vince has led conceptual and plan‑and‑spec estimating efforts for some of the most complex industrial, institutional, and food & beverage facilities in the country—contributing to projects representing billions of dollars in built work over the course of his career. His background spans field operations, preconstruction, and senior leadership roles, giving him a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle from early process development through execution.

At Vestal, Vince leverages his contractor‑side expertise to strengthen collaboration between engineering, design, and project management teams, improving predictability, efficiency, and client outcomes. He oversees a diverse portfolio of A&E projects, supports continuous improvement within the PMO, and applies a practical, constructability‑focused mindset to every phase of work. Vince is known for his ability to translate complex process and facility requirements into clear, actionable solutions that align design intent with real‑world execution.
