Igor oversees Vestal Corporation structural design operations. With more than 40 years of experience with both traditional A&E and Design-Build companies he is highly skilled in structural analysis, conceptual and detailed design, and detailing of structural steel and reinforced concrete structures for government, commercial, and industrial projects. Igor’s background also extends into design and construction of multi-level buildings and open structures, structural assessment of the existing buildings, implementation of anti-terrorism force protection design for DoD projects, and other related engineering activities.
