Throughout his career, Dan has led multimillion‑dollar projects, improved packaging efficiency by more than 20%, reduced changeover times, implemented plant‑wide 5S and Gemba programs, and successfully delivered high‑performance processing, packaging, and facility upgrades.

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Dan specializes in large‑scale capital execution, manufacturing optimization, and efficiency improvements. He has held senior leadership roles at Constellation Brands, Canteen Spirits, The Wine Group, E&J Gallo Winery, and Nestlé USA.
